After chasing (and eliminating) an obscure race condition in 2.1, here are
the new jars and zips for Jigsaw 2.1 and Jigsaw 2.0

and

Both are compiled against servlet 2.2 API which should be taken from
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/tomcat/release/v3.0/
