 The Java source are available here:
   http://www.w3.org/DOM/updates/REC-DOM-Level-1-java-binding-19990107.zip 

 The javadoc can be found here :
   http://www.w3.org/DOM/updates/REC-DOM-Level-1-javadoc-19990107.zip

 No pre-compiled version is available, sorry.
