It means that you probably killed Jigsaw using ctrl-c or another not nice
way to do it ;)
You should use the "stop" button in jigadmin, or JigKill.
Jigsaw found stores with a number higher than the current state and won't
erase them, as they may be useful at somt point. Note that the perf
problem may be due by the work the indexers should do to create all the
resource, instead or reusing persistant ones. Once they have been created,
and if you do a save, the indexer won't have to recreate them again, hence
better performances. And that's the purpose of persistant resources!
