Cleaning up files

Hi all 

I have a question for you regarding tidying up files.  If files are generated 
and left in a specific directory.  e.g. files for downloading but then are no 
longer required
is there anyway in JIGSAW to run an automatic tidy up on this?

Has anyone done something similar?
