case

i'm running jigsaw on winNT

i've got a folder off the www called beacon with a couple of files
Index.html and Overview.html

if i type index.html rather than Index.html, the server still serves
Index.html, but adds 'index.html' to my folder under 'space' in jigadim.

it's also add an 'icons' folder, after i added an 'Icons' one


why this duplication of everything if i reference resources in lower case?
