I'm running with the same setup as you. Jigsaw is running under MRJ2.1 and
the only problem I have with JigAdmin is the occassional "Can't connect to
admin server after 3 attempts". Restarting the admin seems to fix that.

It's possible that CW4 Java VM is the problem (guess) as it's Java 1.1.5

Try running it under MRJ2.1 which is Java 1.1.6 - and much faster than CW's VM.
