images are not loaded

I use Jigsaw 2.0 beta1 on Solaris 2.6 for x86.
When I see the overview.html,I can see the w3c logo and
the Jigsaw logo.But if I turn to another page (user guide,etc),the two gif image can not be loaded on,the browser
status line display it is loading those image,but wait
and wait,i see no.
Why?
I use IE4.0 and NC4.0 on my pc to test,result is same.
HotJava1.0 on Solaris2.6 is same also.
I use Navigator 3.0 on SGI IRIX 6.3 can see those images
