Jigsaw shut down perl script

Can someone help me find the perl script that was at
(http://litsts.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-jigsaw/msg05521.html) it shuts
down the jigsaw server. I have been browsing the new archives with no luck.
Or if you have a version of the script you are using could you send the
script to my email address.
