Hi,

if you start only httpd, JigAdm won't be started at all. When you use
w3c.jigsaw.Main, the class read the servers.props and by defaault, start
a httpd and a jigadm server. 
When you start the Jigadm configuration application, enter admin as
login and admin as password. They are the default settings (just check
the decoumentation)
