Hi!

I'd like to enumerate all the resources from the cache (jdbmResourceStore)
both which are in the 'loaded' list and which are saved on the store.
I have found only the enumerateResourceIdentifiers() method which is for the 
resources from the store. The 'loaded' list is not accesible from outside.

How could I make this?
