Cannot create new directory templates from Chiew Seng Tan on 1997-05-08 (www-jigsaw@w3.org from May to June 1997)

Is there any reason that Alpha5 does not allow me to create new directory templates.
I receive message "document contains no data" when trying to create
new directory template by selection "Add Directory".

Would appreciate any pointers.
