Jigsaw 1.0alpha5/NT 4.0 - Bug Report

Bug Report

Goal: Configure server to permit PUT of a file into a given directory
"Writable"
(does not exist prior to PUT command) in the document root directory.

Software: Jigsaw 1.0alpha5 for Windows NT 4.0 Advanced Server

Procedure:
1. Using Netscape browser (v2.02Gold), go to
    page: http://www.w3.org/pub/WWW/Jigsaw/User/Overview.html
2. From fourth paragraph in the "Directory Templates", substitute
reference to
    "/Admin/DirectoryTemplates" with "/Admin/Directories"
3. Follow instructions in the "Directory Templates" section, 5th
paragraph.

Observations:
1. When you "press the OK button" (in paragraph 5), a message box
appears
     stating "Document contains no data".
2. Going back one link to the "Defined directories" form, there is *no*
new directory.
(only User and WWW are listed)
3. Here are the log and error log outputs of the procedure:

--------------- begin log ----------------
"GET http://jbaker:8001/Admin/Directories HTTP/1.0" 200 763
"GET http://jbaker:8001/Admin/Directories/Add+directory HTTP/1.0" 200

"GET http://jbaker:8001/Admin/Directories HTTP/1.0" 200 763
"GET http://jbaker:8001/Admin/Exit HTTP/1.0" 200 38
---------------- end log -----------------

**Question**
What is the proper procedure to configure a new install of the Jigsaw
1.0alpha5 for
Windows NT 4.0 Advanced Server such that a client may successfully issue
an
HTTP 1.1 PUT for file "foo.html" to directory "Writable" in the document
root directory?

Any directions or suggestions are welcomed and appreciated.
