Jigsaw doesn't seem to be acting gracefully in the face of errors in the
configuration processes.

I did the steps in the Jigsaw configuration tutorial but there was a
problem writing out the information to the location specified. The only
error notice was spit out to the console (i.e., no obvious user
notification). This is a Bad Thing(tm).

So, Jigsaw has an GenericAuthFilter in place but there's no authentication
information for it to use so I can't get in to fix things (after restarting
the server and browser). Shouldn't this bitch and moan that it can't get
the information that it's expecting?

Thanks,
	John
