Statistics Page

I am trying to work out what the statistics page (in Admin) are telling 
me ?.

Is this seconds, tenths of seconds, milliseconds ?

If it is seconds then the minimum figure is far to high for what I am 
seeing if its milliseconds then Jigsaw is even faster than I had 
expected !

Can anyone clarify.  Perhas some further label is needed to clarify the 
numbers.
