How to use JavaH in JDK1.0.2

I'm trying to link native C code to java. However I cannot generate the .H 
file using javah: 
javah HelloWorld
or     
javah HelloWorld.class

The error message is :
HelloWorld: no such a class
or
HelloWorld/class : no such a class

But I did have HelloWorld.class in current directory! javah version : 1.0.2
OS : Widnows 95

Anyone give me some suggestion?
