Property Editor ?

     hi,
        
        After I install my server successfully, I try to configure Global 
     server configuration. Following the jigsaw administration guide, I 
     point my browser to /Admin/PropertiesEditor, then "Document not 
     found". I can't find the property editor. I try to reinstall it and 
     has the same problem. Please tell me what I should do.
