This usually happens when a JAR file is not found. It could be that  
the version of Jena you are using is not the good one. Yet if you got  
the official 3.0alpha release, there should not be any such problem.  
Can you give me a detailed "ls" of your main and lib/ directory, as  
well as a copy of our run.sh ?
