export to giff/jpeg

Hi, 
can i ask you a simple fast question.

I am looking for some software available via some java API,
which can export graph from .dot file to image GIF or JPEG?

can i do this with IsaViz?
 if not is there some java API/library to do this?

 if yes can this image be a image map (for use in internet explorer)?

and sorry if it is written i some documentation, but i can't find it
