Yes, in the "Definitions" window, go to the "Property Types" tab, and click the "Load Properties..." button. Select an RDF/XML file containing instances of the properties you are interested in (e.g. DC) and load it. All properties used in the file you select will be added to the list of properties in this tab, and all namespaces will be declared accordingly.
