per my action, i created a draft for a new subsection explaining how language information could be used to set direction metadata for overall string base directions, if a dedicated direction metadata field is not available. See https://w3c.github.io/string-meta/index.html#script_subtag btw, i also created summaries for all the other sections, and unless someone objects, i'd like to add those. ri
