6.2 Global rules

"Link to external global rules is specified in href attribute of link 
element, with the link relation its-rules."

The HTML5 spec says "Each token must be either a link type defined in 
the HTML5 specification or a registered extension to the predefined set 
of link types [HTML5]."

Has its-rules been registered?
