Sorry, I haven’t seen this before: under 
http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-personal-names#mixing it is 
once 'villageName', twice 'townName'. Seems to be the same concept, so 
in order to use the same identifiers across name schemes, decide which 
one to use.

'lastName' and 'surname' are not family names in these cases?
