[i18n] Questions/comments on “Internationalization Best Practices: Specifying Language in XHTML & HTML Content”

Out of curiosity, when’s the next update scheduled for this document?
Opting into featuring user agent information seems to suggest at least
yearly updates. (I wonder if the document has to be that specific
though. It seems to already only list a few issues with Internet
Explorer, and updating the document just to feature the newest browser
releases [1] may not be the best use of everyone’s time ;)

Then, minor: indentation’s inconsistent in some cases, like in Example 8 [2].
