context for that original list.

I've put some slightly newer data at 
<http://philip.html5.org/data/ruby-raw.txt> (just the raw output of 
running a grep over the page data from http://www.dotnetdotcom.org/, 
which is about a year old now, with no attempt at handling character 
encodings etc).
