+ 1 on the plug in also.  (Could the table work if you could specify the language somehow with specific characters or something somewhere in the IDN??  Or is that not what people want?)

Another option (temporary hopefully) is for Urdu content authors to not use domain names that need to be disambiguated with vowels.  Thus you have to choose domain names carefully (I do not know Urdu; but think this must be possible but limiting).
