m = multi, multiple descriptions / comments get their own elements
a = "alt", multiple descriptions / comments lumped into one element,
    separarated by <alt /> - horrible, like <hr /> or <br />, but
    apparently one famous database import function doesn't like "m"

The gawk script isn't ready, it would break if a registered language
subtag is the same as a registered variant (5 to 8 letters or digits,
no issue for any ISO language subtags - there are no other registered
language subtags at the moment, so for now it works as is).
