A new type of resource: User feedback

I have just set up a page that summarises user feedback on the question of whether :first-letter is needed in non-Latin (and so far, actually, only Indic) scripts at

http://www.w3.org/International/notes/firstletter.html

This page should be useful for pointing CSS folks to i18n needs, but also for helping this community find and share information on this topic.

My first thought was to create a wiki, but for various reasons I decided to go this route instead, at least for the time being.

There are links in the right hand margin that allow the reader to find comments or create a new comment relating to the current section. New comments sent this way have a set subject line starting with [user feedback], and are sent to www-international. Please don't change the subject lines for these threads, other than to automatically attach Re. or Fwd. etc. when replying. That will help your email be found again much more easily.

I plan to create a similar page to summarise indic requirements for numbering lists. Let's see how this works. Ideally I'd like to enable other people to create or update such information.
