Sub: Indian Languages Text Formatting Issues
Dear All,
While formatting a text written in Indian languages to a specific number of characters per line (an important part of writing articles for publication in the internet), we should not break in between a syllable or conjunct.  
Syllable-wise text formatting needs to be followed for Indian Languages.
For an example, formatting a Bengali-word  "কোলকাতা"  or "KOLKATA"
to three characters per line is stated below, 

Kolkata 

কোল   KOL 
কা       KA
তা       TA

We should not format the text in the following manner.
 কোল   KOL
 কাত    KAT
 া       A
