http://localhost/International/tests/sec-escape-1.html
http://localhost/International/tests/sec-escape-2.html
tests recognition of escapes in XHTML.

Cursory intial testing on Windows reveals that:
Mozilla 1.6, Netscape 7.0, IE6, Opera 7.2, Netscape 4.8, and Firebird 0.7 all display escapes as expected, except that all but NN4.8 also render € (which is the Windows 1252 code point for the euro) as a euro.

http://localhost/International/tests/sec-hreflang-style-1.html
tests whether a user agent supports the use of CSS with hreflang to indicate the language of a link target.

Cursory intial testing on Windows reveals that:
Mozilla 1.6, Netscape 7.0, Opera 7.2, and Firebird 0.7 all support this approach.
IE6 and Netscape 4.8 do not.
