url encode needed

Hi all,

This is probably the dummest question ever asked on this Forum, but does 
somebody know the url encode for an Enter (to go to the next line)? After 
many laborious hours surfing the net, I still somehow managed not to find 
it. Perhaps I should just stick to MS Word... .
