Help in display of japanese string in delphi

Hi
Can anyone help me in displaying Japanese characters in Delphi. I am running an application on a Japanese machine. I have a UTF8 string which i convert to Unicode ( UTF8ToUnicode ) and then to  String ( In order to display the string in japanese). But the resultant string does not show correctly.
