Problem in using unicode characters in a form which is multipart encoded..

Hi,
when i try to submit a form having both unicode characters and also upload 
a file in it.I have inconsistencies in the corrrect value from form being 
submitted..Can anyone help me out...
please do mail u r suggestions to this id of mine too....
