probably not the right way to handle locales

Well, speaking of locales, Yahoo is doing something interesting (but not 
in a positive sense): I joined, and then took a look at the members list. 
I didn't recognise all the mail addresses, so started looking at the 
profiles. None of the profiles had any content of interest, but one of 
them seemed to indirectly tell me something: pmacv (whoever you are) is 
residing in Spain. That was indicated to me because Yahoo delivered 
his/her profile info in a Spanish page provided by Yahoo.Espaņa. 

So, be aware, everyone, that when you specify what profile info you do or 
don't want to provide to others, there's one attribute that they're not 
allowing you to control.
