Mapping IBM's GCGIDs to Unicode

I am looking for mapping tables between IBM's "Graphic Character
Global Identifiers" (GCGIDs) and Unicode.
I have looked at "ftp://ftp.unicode.org/Public/MAPPINGS/VENDORS/"
and at the CDs that come with the Unicode book and with IBM's "Character
Data Representation Architecture Reference and Registry" manual, but this
information is not available from these sources.
