The 20.0 release of Xemacs includes the integrated MULE modules along with
useful MIME aware utilities for mail(vm), netnews(gnus) and web browsing(w3).
It also has a nice novice html editting package(hm--html-menu) and a more
sophisticated DTD based sgml editting mode(psgml-mode).
