[Comment on its tagset WD] Wrong XML Schema namespace

Hello,

This is just an editorial comment.

"2.2 Namespaces used in this Specification" of WD-its-20051122
says as follows [1]:

  In addition, the following namespaces are used in this
  document:

    * http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema for the XML Schema
      namespace, here used with the prefix "xs"

This namespace URI is out of date, it should be 
http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema instead.  In fact Example 36 [2]
used the correct namespace URI.
