Dear Chris, Tim, and TAG, After discussion about items C116 and C117 in http://www.w3.org/International/Group/charmod-edit/charmod1.html during the TAG meeting, we have done some extra work on the document. For examples, see the editor's draft of the first part of the newly split document at http://www.w3.org/International/Group/charmod-edit/charmod1.html . C116: We have added visible ids to each conformance criterion that can be used to link directly to that criterion. These will be stable. C117: We have added an Appendix containing the text for images representing character sequences. You can link to the appropriate text by clicking on the image. This is explained in chapter 1.
