Greetings Henry, we have dealt with all the Last Call comments and are 
preparing to move, soon, to the next stage which will preferably be PR but 
if necessary it will be CR.

The Last Call deadline for this work [1] is long past, but the TAG has
recently been exploring alternative approaches to W3C XML Schema-based
modularization, and hopes to give some input on this topic to you soon
