Of course, changes in language should - must - also be denotable.

Again, styling should be ignored here, it's solely about using the appropriate markup for "title" content. "SEO effects" could also be ignored, since we surely must not worry that search engines will not ignore special emphasis on elements within "title". (And "title" already is considered quite important.)
