We had some particularly tricky ones to resolve in relation to the action handlers for addEventListener and removeEventListener, but we got there in the end. We're now just waiting for an updated draft. (We added those handlers because we felt that XML Events should be as close to DOM x Events as possible, supporting as many of its features as possible.) There's an old draft here if anyone hasn't seen it, but firstly, it's member only: <http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Group/2006/WD-xml-events-20060224/> and secondly, there have been quite a few changes since.
