I don’t think that’s a good idea... Why duplicate the functionality of 
<?xml-stylesheet?>? That will only cause non-XHTML2 viewers to not apply 
the given styling... If you use consistency as a rationale, you should 
also create an <?xml-script?> processing instruction :).
