opposite of em

Hello,

this is my first post to this list.

Has anybody considered a new element that is simply the opposite of the 
em (emphasis) element? This is not a proposal, I just want to know if it 
has been discussed someday somewhere.

I've looked in the inline text module and searched the archives but 
couldn't find anything.
