XHTML 2.0 suggestion: add HTML 3.0's <credit> for <blockquote>s

Until reading this, I didn't know HTML 3.0 had a tag like this called
<credit> (http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/html3/blockquotes.html). If I had, I'd
have suggested that shorter and easier to type name.
