This is heading OT fast, but AFAI'MC, it would be useful if the W3C provided
a style sheet which could be @import'ed from a style sheet to provide a
(known) base for web page authors to base their pages on. for example:
should a browser use margins or padding around the content of the page by
default? (Noting that two main browsers differ on this point, so every time
padding: 0px; margin: 0px; must be called: silly things which could be
fixed, or at least clarified.)
