problems with large (lots of rows) table within a DIV overflow s ection

Dear all,

I have problems with large (with lots of rows)  table within a DIV overflow
section.  If there is a lot of rows, the empty space of the section keep
grows larger. How to avoid the space?  I have to use DIV instead of iframes.
