Only if they try and write presentational HTML with XHTML2.  One hopes
that they will be encouraged to stay with HTML 4.01 if that's what they
want to do.  Unfortunately, there is a large fashion element in 
computing, and they may use XHMTL2 for fashion reasons, rather than 
because it is the right tool.
