<hr /> tag again!

With <br /> being phased out, <hr /> becomes the only empty tag outside the head.

So I thought of making <hr /> act like the <object> tag:

<hr><p>Alternative text.</p></hr>

Obviously this is silly -- when exactly would the alternative text be displayed?

So we make it even more like the object tag -- we make it into an object tag:

<object type="!hr"><p>-----------------</p></object>

and thus remove the <hr /> tag entirely!
