On behalf of Microsoft Corporation, Openwave Systems Inc. and America Online
Inc., we would like to contribute a set of HTML tests and testable
assertions in support of the W3C HTML 4.01 Test Suite development.
Additionally this contribution has been reviewed by Opera Software
Corporation and The Web Standards Project (http://webstandards.org/).

3. The Contribution
The Contributors hereby make certain materials, as described below, ("the
Materials") available to the World Wide Web Consortium ("W3C") (MIT, INRIA,
Keio) for use in supporting its activities. The Contributors hereby grant to
the W3C a non-transferable and non-sublicenseable, nonexclusive, world-wide,
royalty free license under any owned copyrights in the Materials to copy,
publish and distribute the Materials in whole or in part under the W3C
Document License (19990405 [1]), as well as a right and license of the same
scope to any derivative works prepared by the W3C and based on, or
incorporating all or part of the Materials.

Whenever modifications are made to the Materials, this fact, and the nature
