[DJW:]  Wrong. (To the extent that we are taliking about
HTML 4.x strict, ISO HTML, XHTML 1.0 strict and XHTML 1.1.)

Popup windows, frames and iframes all have similar 
undesirable properties from the point of view of 
linking. See earlier reply.
