I thought there was such a list, but I did not see it listed at
http://www.w3.org/Mail/Lists.html so I was unsure. Are there many forums not
listed there? Should the html-tidy list be listed there?

I am unsure who the proper recipient of this message is. If you have any
suggestions as to where I should send it, I'd greatly apreciate it.
